Hayley Crenfeldt adheres to the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) Code of Ethics to ensure confidentiality and that a safe and ethical service is provided. We receive, collect and store personal information you enter on our website, as part of submitting a form or booking, such as your name, email address and phone number. We will only use your personal information to communicate with you to organise a session. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, computer and connection information via google analytics. We may use this software tool to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction information.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
